Max is training call-outs and high speed chases at the Police station, whilst Martin, Mia and Jumpi are playing with a ball. Jumpi kicks the ball and it flies down the road, causing havoc in the city.

Martin and Mia are at the park feeding the ducks and Timba and Tiffany are doing some training in the park with a ball, which Martin accidentally kicks onto a sitting duck’s nest, they know they have to act fast.

The three trainees are in the middle of a training exercise on how to handle a fire. Martin and Mia have been recruited to deliver lunch to the training site, but Mia won’t wear her helmet. A real accident happens and Max is called upon to deal with it.

Martin, Mia and Jumpi take a walk in the forest to study flowers. They are so enthusiastic about their task they don’t notice it’s getting late – and dark – and they can’t find their way home.

Martin is helping Ted pack the emergency kit into the back of Abbey but fail to notice Timba running off with a pack of bandages.

Raff gets too interested in watching a ball game and isn’t paying attention when an emergency call comes in. His distraction causes him to let the fire team down because Elphie isn’t where she should be – with the fire crew!

Max discovers there is a litterbug on the loose in the City of Friends. He is determined to track down the culprit and during his investigations interrogates everyone who crosses his path.

Martin, Mia and Jumpi are all helping by having ‘injuries’ for one of Ted’s training exercises in Friends Forest. Before they set off, they give Ted some sticky buns for good luck, which he puts in an empty medical bag for later.

Sorry, I´m late
Martin and Mia overhear in the Café that Bobby is thinking of putting Max up for the Best Police Trainee Award, and they excitedly go to tell Max. Max busies himself trying to solve the strange activity going on in the town.

The mix-up
Martin, Mia and Jumpi are writing stories for a school project about a robber, a fire and a car accident, but these papers get mixed up with some invitations being delivered by Kimmy, causing the citizens to believe these are real incidents.

It’s the fifteenth anniversary of Frankie joining the fire service, and a party is in the works. When Frankie breaks down on the way to an emergency he is mortified and thinks it is because he is old.

Gone Fishin´
Jumpi has a new metal detector, and wants Martin and Mia to go on a treasure hunt with him, but they are going fishing with their dad. When Max and Scoot get into an accident on a bumpy road, Jumpi comes to the rescue and calls for help.

Apples for Elphie
Elphie is getting some target practise in the fire station yard, when Martin and Mia show up with a lovely juicy apple for her – her absolute favourite thing! Before she can eat it, she and Tom get called away to fight the fire in the countryside.

Party Time
Dad bangs his nose and has to be taken to hospital. There is a fire in Friendly Forest and a burst water main in the City Hall. On top of this Kimmy has dropped some letters but is convinced they have been stolen – and Jumpi gets stuck up a tree!

Keep it a secret
Martin and Mia are fed up because their parents won’t let them get a pet. When they find a nest of mice living under Max’s tree house, they decide to move their nest where they can be better looked after, and go off in search of food.

There’s a brand new sound in the city - the City of Friends’ band are in rehearsal – and its not being very well received! Looking for a place for much-needed rehearsal time without disturbing anyone, Bobby and Barney retreat to Friends Forest.

Jumpi´s giant
Jumpi finds Ted’s medical bag and ‘borrows’ the stethoscope, which the children use as a ‘listening device’ to have fun. The game backfires when Jumpi gets spooked by strange noises and runs away.

Team effort
Barney gets locked inside the fire station but Frankie, Elphie and Raffe don’t have a spare key. Booby does have a key but is called away, and Tiffany ties her spare key to Timba’s collar, but Timba drops the keys en route to the fire station.

Extreme biking
Martin, Mia and Jumpi are racing on the bike track. They lose track of time and are late home for tea, so Max goes to find them. Of course, Max just has to try out the bike track for himself.

Timba´s day out
Martin and Mia are off to the Friend Forest to search for animal footprints for a school project the twins are having. Tiffany lets her recruit police dog, Timba, go along with the two 10 year olds.

Mountain rescue
Martin, Mia and Jumpi are taking a walk on Mount Friend. Martin falls and hurts his foot and Jumpi sees smoke at the highest point of the mountain. Can Abbey the Ambulance get to the mountain?

The Chocolate muffin rescue
The city is holding a fete. Mum is baking chocolate muffins and the children are making toffee apples. Timba has gone missing and Mum gets distracted by the emergency services racing through the city so the muffins in the oven are forgotten.

Bobby, Ted and Petey go fishing but set stuck in the sand when the tide comes in. At the same time Gi is causing a major traffic jam because she has lost her voice. Max is left in charge of the police station and fails to deliver an important message, so
